Most of us have been taught in order to be successful we need to work hard. I am not going to tell you that you can be successful with out putting in the work you need to succeed, but if you follow the traditional work route the odds are against you. You can work your heart and soul out at most jobs and at the end of the day you will make as much as the next employee of similar status. Even if you work on commission you are still limited by the hours you are personally able to put in.

The big difference between the average person and the wealthy is leverage. The wealthy know that the could never make as much on their own as whole team of people duplicating an income generating activity. If you are an employee you are restricted by the hours you work or your salary. If you are an independent contractor or a professional your income is generally going to be limited by how many hours you can work unless use the principle of leverage to create wealth. For example consider the difference between a mortgage broker who makes a commission for every sale he or she makes vs. the owner of a mortgage firm who collects a commission from every sale made by their brokers. Clearly, the person earning from the efforts of others has the advantage.

The key to building massive wealth is creating a business that can easily be replicated by others working for you. Let me restate that another way, in order to create massive wealth you need to have other people generating or system generating income for you. That my friends is leverage!

You may thinking to yourself that creating such an organization would be a nearly impossible task taking many years and lots of capital. In today's new economy that is simply not the case. Through already established companies that take advantage of the network marketing business model, you can begin creating you empire of cash flow. Don't get me wrong you will have to work at it to succeed just like any other business. The tremendous advantage is that using the principle of leverage the amount of work you put will significantly more income. As your organization grows in scale, your income will increase exponentially.

There are many opportunities available today that allow you to build a powerful business with little to no barrier of entry. The choice is up to you. Are willing to do what it takes to change your life or are willing to settle for the ordinary?
